Accommodation Details

Note: Due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, any additional accommodation costs will be borne directly by the guest. Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only.
- For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable @ INR 17, 000 /-Per person (tax inclusive).

Overweight Charges & Weight Calculation

Overweight charges apply at INR 15,00 per kg for passengers weighing above 70 kg. Excess weight is calculated on the combined group weight, not individual weight alone.

Permissible Weight Formula: 70 kg × Number of Passengers
Charges apply only if the group exceeds the total allowable limit.

Incorrect Weight Declaration Policy

Submitting incorrect or estimated body weight may result in boarding denial without refund. Weight accuracy is critical for helicopter safety, and the aviation company’s decision will be final in all weight-related matters.

Mandatory Arrival Date Requirement

All passengers must arrive at the departure city one day prior to the scheduled helicopter flying date to ensure smooth operations and briefing.

Documents and information required for Booking

● AADHAR Card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, & Passports in case of foreign nationals.
● Passengers' Name, Age and Accurate weight.

Terms, Conditions and Guidelines

Fixed Flight Timings : This helicopter tour follows fixed daily departure schedules for each destination. Passengers must strictly adhere to the designated Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) each day. Failure to comply will result in the passenger being marked as a NO-SHOW. The final and accurate flight timings will be shared one day prior to the Yatra

Passenger's Weight : Passengers must provide their accurate body weight at the time of booking. If a discrepancy is found during travel that causes the total aircraft weight to exceed the limit of 450 kg, the affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and their Heli-tour will be cancelled—no refunds will be provided in such cases. -Mandatory weighing will be conducted prior to boarding. If the actual weight exceeds the declared weight at the time of booking, boarding will be denied. Additionally, we reserve the right to reshuffle passengers to ensure optimal weight distribution for safe flying conditions in the hills.

Overweight Charges : Per Seat Basis Only Excess weight charges for the Char Dham helicopter tour are fixed at ₹2,000 per kilogram, applicable to passengers whose body weight exceeds 75 kg. In case of any discrepancy in the declared weight, charges based on the excess weight will apply. The applicable amount will be collected either at the hotel prior to the day of departure or at the helipad before flight boarding.

Baggage Allowance Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as there is very small baggage space inside helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot. To address this, our staff provides duffle bags to all passengers during briefing. The total baggage allowance is determined based on the group’s combined body weight. If the total exceeds the permissible limit of 450 kg, excess luggage will be transported by road, and the additional cost will be shared among all passengers in that helicopter.

Bad Weather Disclaimer Helicopter operations in hilly terrain are highly susceptible to unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These may include delayed Air Traffic Control clearances or permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying restrictions issued by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), unexpected technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, and late reporting of passengers at helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to remain prepared for potential delays and inconveniences caused by these uncontrollable factors. We strongly recommend that guests plan for an additional buffer day in Dehradun beyond the standard 05N/06D tour duration. This precautionary measure ensures flexibility in case of severe weather conditions or other disruptions that may lead to a tour extension.
