Accommodation Details

Pilgrims are provided with comfortable and carefully selected accommodation at key locations during the Kedarnath–Badrinath helicopter yatra. Hotels are chosen based on cleanliness, proximity, and overall comfort to ensure proper rest after darshan.

Documents and information required for Booking

● AADHAR Card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, & Passports in case of foreign nationals.
● Passengers' Name, Age and Accurate weight.

Important Guidelines For Passengers:

Pilgrims need to carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be carried in the helicopter. We encourage using Aviation travel bags.
All temples in Chardham are located at high altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available at medical shops.
Passengers must submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight is found at the time of travel that exceeds the aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, passengers will be de-boarded and the Heli-tour will be cancelled without any refund.
In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the state & central governments must be adhered to by all pilgrims for their own and others' safety & health.
Fitness: All pilgrims should be physically fit. It is better to do some jogging and light exercise as you prepare for this journey.
In these locations, the temperature will fall to 10°C or less at night. Therefore, pilgrims are advised to carry woolen clothes.
Photography: Still cameras and portable video cameras are allowed in the Himalayan ranges but not inside the temples. Please do not attempt to take pictures inside the temples.
Communication: Although all private mobile phones have coverage, BSNL/Jio network service is better in most of the places.
Extra payment policy: If there is any postponement of flying due to technical issues, the cost of transportation and hotels will be borne by the Aviation company. If the postponement is due to VIP movements, NOTAM, weather issues, air traffic clearance, or any other unforeseen condition, this cost will be borne by the guest on a direct basis.
If the government implements a rule that only 4 people can travel in one heli, then the amount paid by 6 people will be distributed among 4 people.

Note : Kedarnath Stay Will Be Very Basic on Sharing Basis with Normal Bed and Quilt – Consider it a Dharmshala Type Room. Hot Water Will Be Provided Via Bucket.

Tour Package Itinerary

Leave for your next destination, Guptkashi after having your breakfast, The journey takes you through picturesque locations such as Devprayag (confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers), Dhari Devi, Rudraprayag (Confluence of Alaknanda & Mandakini river), Guptkashi(Hidden Kashi) and Augustmuni. On reaching, check-in to the hotel/camp. Overnight stay in the hotel/camp.
GUPTKASHI - is located at a distance of 47 km from the holy shrine, Kedarnath. The town holds immense religious importance as it houses famous ancient temples like Ardhnareshwar Temple.

From Guptkashi to Son Prayag with Vehicle – Son Prayag - Gauri Kund Sharing vehicle at your own cost – Kedarnath (35 Km + 18 Km one way trek)
Get up early in the morning and check out from the hotel after having your breakfast. Start your drive to Gauri Kund which is set at a distance of around 33 km. our vehicle will drop you at SonPrayag. From SonPrayag you will take Shuttle Taxi to reach Gauri Kund, at your own cost. Vehicle will not go till there due to guideline of local authorities. After reaching GauriKund start trek to Kedarnath Ji
KEDARNATH - Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. To reach the temple, you can hire a palki or a horse (Cost Not Included). On your way to the temple, you will get to experience the unexplored sights of the snowcapped mountains, Waterfalls and many more. On reaching, check-in at the Govt. Camps/Lodges or Dharmsala (Dormitory based bed rooms) Overnight stay at the hotel.

From Gaurikund to Sonprayag: Take Sharing Shuttle Taxi at your own cost – Kedarnath to Gaurikund (18 Km approx. one-way trek + 35 Km drive to reach Guptkashi).
This morning, get up early, take a bath, and visit the temple for the 'Abhishek’ and Pooja to Kedarnath Ji Temple. After Darshan and Puja, you can also visit Bhairav Temple (1.5km from Kedarnath Ji). Return to your respective Camps / Lodges.
Start your trek from Kedarnath to GauriKund and take your shuttle to reach SonPrayag. At SonPrayag, your vehicle will pick you up and take you back to your hotel in Guptkashi. On reaching Guptkashi, overnight stay at the hotel.

After having your breakfast, check out from the hotel and start driving towards your next destination, Badrinath Ji via Chopta Valley (Base of Tungnath Ji) and Joshimath (Narsingh Temple).
On reaching Badrinath, check into the hotel. After taking some rest and refreshments, proceed to Badrinath Temple for Darshan. After Darshan, return to the hotel. Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Badrinath is an important pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Vishnu, set at a height of 3133 meters.
Tapt Kund: Natural thermal springs on the bank of the river Alaknanda, where it is customary to bath before entering the Badrinath temple.
Mana Village: Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
Badrinath Weather: The average maximum temperature will be around 18°C and the average minimum is 8°C. Warm and woolen clothes are necessary year-round. Winter temperatures drop to around 5°C, and snowfall is common. The region may be closed for tourists during extreme winters.

This morning, visit Badrinath Temple for Darshan. Afterward, return to the hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing at Badrinath. Visit major attractions such as Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Saraswati Temple.
In the afternoon, head towards RudraPrayag via Joshimath. En-route visit KaranPrayag. After arrival in RudraPrayag, check into the hotel and overnight stay.
RudraPrayag: The confluence of Alaknanda & Mandakini Rivers, RudraPrayag holds great religious significance. The town is known for its stunning natural beauty and tranquility. On reaching RudraPrayag, check into the hotel and relax, or explore the beauty of the region.

This morning, have breakfast and depart for Haridwar via Rishikesh.
Rishikesh: Known as the Yoga Capital of the World, Rishikesh is one of the most visited destinations in India. On reaching Rishikesh, visit various attractions such as Laxman Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and Janki Setu.
After sightseeing, continue your journey to Haridwar. Upon arrival, you will be dropped at your desired destination, such as a hotel or Haridwar Railway Station.
Your tour concludes with sweet memories of this spiritually enriching journey.

Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the check in date 100% Refund. (Bank transaction and Convenience fee will be applicable)
If cancellation is made within 15-29 days of check in then 50% of total booking.
In cancellation is made under 15 days of check inn. No refund
Group booking cancellation will be checked at the time of booking confirmation.

Amendments

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made to the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

Important Notes

Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Booking will be made on base room category.
The booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.
Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check-in and checkout time of the hotel is 12:00 noon to 12:00 noon.
For any natural calamities, we will not be liable for the same. No accommodation, meal, or cost of transport would be paid, reimbursed, or compensated.
All buffet meals or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
Vehicle rates depend on fuel rates. If fuel rates are high, the rates can be changed without any notice.
It is presumed that the tourist must be medically fit to undertake this yatra. If you have certain allergies (especially for food) or any serious health issues, kindly consult with your doctor. If advisable by the doctor, only then travel and bring all your consulted medicine for the tour days.
Driver will not drive in No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads that can create a traffic jam. Normal working hours of the driver are 12 hrs. If you want services for more than 12 hours a day, kindly inform us in advance.
No cancellation or any refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions, or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crises, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination, and which is beyond our control.
The company here by expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than India. The company considers itself and intends to be under the jurisdiction only of the court of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.
Lakhamandal, Triyuginarayan, Auli, Chopta & Kalimath sightseeing is at an additional cost.

Note : Auli will be visited by Ropeway at your own cost on a direct basis, and paid by the client.
Vehicle is non-AC in hills.
Only in Kedarnath will we accommodate you on a four, six & eight sharing basis. The accommodation will be basic and not having any modern amenities. Hot water will be provided (half bucket per person in the morning only).
Vehicle will not run at night after 9:00 PM, and traffic rules will be followed.
Vehicle rates are valid only for city hotels. If the hotel is far from the city, additional charges will apply.
If parking is not available near the hotel or any place, the vehicle will be parked where space is available. In that case, you may need to walk a short distance as per the conditions.

Vehicle Terms and conditions

A/C will not work in hill areas, stopped/parked vehicles. Hills start from Dehradun/Rishikesh, and A/C will not work from these points.
Toll and parking will be paid once for the same place, and after that, it will be paid by you.
Pickup & drop point is one only. If multiple pickups and drops are required, it will be chargeable and should be informed in advance.
Vehicle will not run after 9:00 pm at night due to safety purposes or as per guidelines by the government authority. In hill areas, music is not allowed due to the risk to life.
The maximum driving time is 12 hours in a day.
Tour destination/route cannot be changed without prior notice. Amended route and tour destination rates may change.
Vehicle will not drive in no-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create a traffic jam.
Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits, or which is mentioned in the itinerary.
Sightseeing will be allowed only in city limits. Off-route sightseeing or beyond city limits will be informed in advance and it will be chargeable.
Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered.
Due to any reason, if the vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. For minor problems that won't take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.

Company will not be responsible for any delay, alterations, or any expenses incurred due to natural hazards, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closure/blockage due to political unrest, or any such incidents.

Hotel Terms and Conditions

In case of non-availability of room in given hotel then a similar category hotel will be provided.

In Kedarnath: Does not have any deluxe facilities due to high altitude. Therefore, basic amenities will be provided here without meals.
Hotel, camps, or any kind of accommodation: Can deny stay if you don’t provide valid ID proof. The company will not be responsible for such issues.
Generally, hotel check-in time: 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out will be chargeable as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is not included in the package.
Meals: Are served in the hotel as per their set menu basis. If you order something special, it will be chargeable extra as per hotel policy on a direct basis.
For extra bed in double sharing rooms: Many hotels provide rollaway beds, while others provide extra mattresses, which are available in the hotel.
Lift facility: Is not available in Chardham sector hotels. Most hotels in this area do not have AC. If you require an AC hotel, please inform us in advance. Charges may vary.
Hot water facilities: Are limited in some hotels. If there is an electricity problem, the hotel will provide hot water in a bucket.
