This Cancellation & Refund Policy is applicable to all Char Dham Yatra packages booked through our website. Due to the nature of pilgrimage travel, high-altitude locations, limited infrastructure, and government-controlled operations, the following policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and practical.

2. Date Change / Rescheduling Policy
- Any request for change in travel dates will attract a 15% rescheduling charge on the total booking amount.
- Date change requests are subject to availability of hotels, transport, helicopter slots (if applicable), and government permissions.
- Only one date modification is permitted per booking.
3. Name Change Policy
- Change in the primary passenger name will attract a 5% administrative charge on the total booking amount.
- Name changes are subject to supplier approval and government regulations.
4. Package Downgrade Policy
- Any downgrade in hotel category, vehicle type, or package inclusions will incur a 5% downgrade charge on the total booking value, in addition to any applicable fare difference.
5. Taxes & Pricing
- All package prices are exclusive of applicable government taxes unless specified otherwise.
- GST and other statutory taxes will be charged as per prevailing government norms at the time of billing.
- Any increase in taxes or government fees after booking will be payable by the customer.
6. Occupancy Rules
- In case of triple occupancy, any guest above 6 years of age will be treated as an additional person and charged accordingly (with extra mattress).
- Child policies may vary depending on hotel and service provider rules.
7. Force Majeure / Unavoidable Circumstances
- No refund will be guaranteed in cases of cancellation or disruption due to natural calamities, landslides, heavy snowfall, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, government orders, road closures, temple shutdowns, or adverse weather conditions.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed strictly as per hotel, transport, helicopter, and third-party service provider policies.
8. Cancellation by the Organizer
- In the event the yatra is cancelled by us due to unavoidable circumstances or government restrictions, the refundable amount will be processed after deducting non-recoverable costs already paid to suppliers.
- We shall not be responsible for any personal expenses such as travel to the pickup point, medical costs, or accommodation booked independently.
9. Refund Processing Timeline
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
10. Important Disclaimer
- Char Dham Yatra is highly dependent on weather conditions, road connectivity, and government regulations.
- Any amendment to this cancellation and refund policy may be made at our sole discretion without prior notice.
