Welcome to our Char Dham Yatra services. By booking or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Pricing & Taxes

  • All package prices are based on prevailing rates at the time of booking.
  • Prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, permit fees, or government levies after booking will be borne by the customer.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the prescribed advance amount.
  • The balance payment must be cleared before commencement of the yatra.
  • Booking amounts are generally non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned under the cancellation policy.

3. Identification Requirements

  • All pilgrims must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport).
  • Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa.
  • PAN Card is not accepted as valid ID for travel or hotel check-in.

4. Transportation & Transfers

  • Transportation will be provided as per the package itinerary on a shared or private basis, as booked.
  • Vehicles are not for exclusive personal use unless specifically mentioned.
  • Air-conditioning in vehicles will operate as per standard conditions and terrain suitability.
  • Delays due to weather, road conditions, landslides, traffic, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

5. Itinerary Changes

  • The provided itinerary is indicative and subject to change due to weather, road conditions, natural calamities, or administrative reasons.
  • In the event of delays or disruptions, sightseeing or temple visits may be curtailed, postponed, or cancelled without compensation.
  • Early arrival or late departure may require waiting time and may attract additional charges.

6. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

  • Char Dham Yatra involves high-altitude travel and challenging terrain.
  • Guests are advised to consult a physician prior to travel, especially if suffering from heart conditions, respiratory issues, high blood pressure, or other medical concerns.
  • The management is not responsible for health complications, altitude sickness, or medical emergencies during the yatra.

7. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be held responsible for delays, alterations, or cancellations due to natural disasters, landslides, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, political disturbances, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, refunds or alternate dates will be subject to hotel, transport, and service provider policies.

8. Accommodation Policy

  • Hotels, guest houses, and dharamshalas are allotted as per availability and category booked.
  • Check-in and check-out times are governed by individual hotel policies.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged directly to the guest.

9. Personal Belongings & Valuables

  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of valuables including cash, jewelry, electronics, documents, or luggage.

10. Adventure & Optional Activities

  • Any optional activities such as helicopter services, pony rides, palki services, or local excursions are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
  • We act only as a facilitator and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

11. Behavior & Compliance

  • Guests must follow local laws, temple rules, environmental guidelines, and instructions from authorities.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and any prohibited substances are strictly restricted as per local regulations.
  • Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.

12. COVID / Health Advisory (If Applicable)

  • Guests must comply with prevailing government health guidelines.
  • Any medical testing, quarantine, or treatment costs will be borne by the guest.

13. Liability Limitation

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
  • We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

14. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand / India.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before travel: 90% refund (after deducting service charges).
  • Cancellation 15–29 days before travel: 60% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before travel or no-show: No refund.
  • Date change requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Name change or package downgrade may incur administrative fees.

Important Note

  • Temple darshan is subject to government permissions, weather, and crowd conditions.
  • Any modification to the terms and conditions can be made at our sole discretion without prior notice.
